Service and parties

SEVK s. r. o. operates VIRKODEX and provides a step-by-step video programme, progress features, and an optional AI tool. The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Once sales are enabled, Lemon Squeezy will handle payment as Merchant of Record. Hosted checkout and the order confirmation will identify the seller for the purchase and show tax and payment/refund terms.

Membership and access

The advertised offer is a €39 monthly membership. The binding total, including applicable tax, is shown before confirmation. After successful payment, the account is activated for the paid period. Content is released progressively: the first 9 published lessons immediately and then up to 3 more published lessons each day. The next step may require completion and a short check of the previous lesson. Your account shows the videos actually available.

New lessons may be added. We may adjust names or order without changing the essential nature of the paid digital performance. We will give advance notice of a material adverse change and preserve statutory consumer rights.

Renewal and cancellation

Membership renews each month until cancelled. Cancel in the customer portal or email virkodex@virkodex.com. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access normally remains until the end of the paid period. Subscription cancellation is not the same as statutory withdrawal and does not by itself create a right to a pro-rata refund unless the law or seller's terms provide otherwise.

Withdrawal and digital content

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Before digital content is supplied immediately, checkout must ask for express consent to begin before that period ends and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right for digital content may then be lost. Where a service begins at the consumer's express request, a proportionate payment may be due; the right for a service is lost only after full performance under the statutory conditions.

This does not limit remedies for defective or undelivered digital performance. Give an unambiguous withdrawal statement through the electronic function to be made available when sales are enabled or email virkodex@virkodex.com. Include the account email, order number, purchase date, and a clear statement; no reason is required. Confirmation will be supplied on a durable medium. The flow and separate consent text must receive legal review before the first payment.

AI and credits

VIRKODEX AI is artificial intelligence, not a person. AI credits are a separate one-time purchase and do not auto-renew. Quantity, price, usage, and any expiry are shown before purchase; if no expiry is shown, credits are not treated as time-limited. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and refunds follow the law and seller's terms.

AI may produce an inaccurate or unsuitable answer. It does not replace therapy, a doctor, a lawyer, crisis support, or any other professional service. In cases of violence, self-harm, immediate danger, or a medical, legal, or mental health crisis, seek qualified local professional or emergency support. AI never sends a message to another person automatically.

Account and permitted use

Protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Access is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. You must not bypass the sequence, video protection, or credit system; copy, publish, or resell content; use the service for pressure, surveillance, fraud, or evading consent; or upload illegal material or data you are not entitled to use.

You retain ownership of your inputs and grant only the limited permission necessary to store, secure, and process your request. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches; where possible we will explain why and preserve mandatory consumer rights.

Availability, liability, and complaints

We aim for reliable service, but maintenance, defects, and supplier outages can occur. We do not guarantee a particular relationship outcome or that every suggestion suits your circumstances. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Email complaints to virkodex@virkodex.com with your account email, order, problem, and requested solution. We will respond within the statutory period. If unresolved, a consumer may use an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection where applicable.

Law, changes, and contact

Slovak law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence or mandatory jurisdiction rules. We will give advance durable notice of material changes when required and will not retrospectively reduce a paid performance without a lawful basis.
