Nature of the service

VIRKODEX is an adult education programme with an optional, clearly identified AI tool. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis intervention, or a guarantee of a particular relationship outcome.

Payments

Sales may not yet be active. When enabled, hosted checkout will identify Lemon Squeezy or its relevant entity as Merchant of Record and show the total price, tax, subscription period, and payment terms before you place the order. SEVK s. r. o. provides the platform and content.

Support, complaints, and withdrawal

Email virkodex@virkodex.com. Include your account email, order, and request for faster handling. You may also send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to that address; see the Terms.

Alternative dispute resolution

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. If unresolved, a consumer may use an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution body under the applicable conditions, in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection. The European ODR platform has been discontinued, so we do not link to it.

Intellectual property and links

VIRKODEX text, video, brand, design, and software are protected. Personal membership does not permit copying, public distribution, or resale. External website operators are responsible for their content.
